The Selfish

Last time when left alone, I lost my health
that was when I tried to excel our wealth
this time, sure my love- can take no longer
but, pay no heed, time to excel- your career 

What if the roles were reversed?, I think 
sure, not have spared you an extra blink 
so wonderful, the present life we live
Me- the perfect nothing out of we five 

Painful nights, sleep not- self I hold back 
mornings, cherish the drop- I move by luck 
YouTube videos, hope fast the time turn 
rest the day, looking for yours' return 

Evenings, come off the room, in couch I sit 
managed till now, pull myself out the pit, 
bit more time, looking at each of our fish
and blaming all of my thoughts selfish
