I have always seen people in project controls wanting to move into projects or to other functions fearing that they are not in the mainstream of events, yes that's true.. one do not have the luxury of getting paid like any other dudes do, because the management feels that you are not needed in the stages when the project is outside the country or for that matter during construction you are not required on extra days or extra hours. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING

how much did we pay the contractor?  what was we supposed to do today? what if this rate of work carries on for long?  what is the risk if we dint get this material? what is the critical path?
how much progress did we make last week? what is the required at site date of equipment? how many welders we need?

We are 1.3 billion, but cannot search an eleven
Sleeping giant, in football we have never proven
Cricket crazy, supporting other sports is uneven
Football in India, doesn't even meet the break-even

Football a wonderful game, the best one on planet
Stamina, accuracy, pace, dribbling, a game plan set
Ten take on ten, one at each side to guard their net
The game grew big in world, no one can neglect

Latin American dribbling we are no where near
European accuracy passes, we can never master
African stamina, no way, even if shed many a tear
Eastern Asian pace we cannot cope, to try we fear

Leave it to young generation let them take over

I was a cell- her love began- forever it remains

Put off her ambitions, "her kid " the priority main

Cared for the invisible me, she took all the pain

My life inside her, very cozy, worth living again

I fed on her, from the moment of my formation

Carried me all the while, I was under evolution

Safely I stayed in her, till fit for worldly action

Opened my eyes, saw her first, she is my prime

Our bond is special, sure will last for a lifetime

Any thoughts about her, for me always sublime

I grew big but, like to be in her lap all the time

The first teacher of my life, her teachings I reserve

My definition : A person who applies scientific knowledge to bring tangible results, using techniques by which he/ she minimizes own workload. An engineer cannot work if there are no deadlines and mind you, the finished product will only be available in the last moment

Brought home some flowers last night

Kerala was a different world, different mass

When I use to be a kid I was very tender
