Preconcieved Notions

Life is a journey & we all are traveling
Crossing each other's path while living
Research each other before meeting
Preconceived notions now governing

Never try to put yourself in his shoes
May be confused, he has his own woes
Difficult  to deal with these"no bothers"
Be patient, for you they may go miles

Work is just play when it is not forced
Friends work along wonders happened
The cup when broken can be mended
But, mark remains where it is welded

All leaders know the key to success
No pre- notions, motivation in excess
Patiently wait and be always selfless.
World will be in awe of their kindness

QUEUEueueueue

Bangladeshi barber, I was in his shop
Patiently waiting, next me, my hope
Suddenly from somewhere, a man pop
I walked away quietly, like the pope

Queue is very long, we love to jump
Somebody look at you, you act dump
If done by one in front, call him a chimp
Stares at him rudely, you ready to bump

Queue you get out start moving faster
Queue you are in, has the problem maker
Watch out you may meet funny character
Lucky ones may meet their likely partner

In a crowd you are lost, may start a churn
In Queue, all are assured of their turn
Be disciplined, to Queue thy shalt learn
Will definitely save us a lot of heart burn

Busy Ness

Busy in a meeting, will call you back
Answered, but calling, you always lack
Dear ones, their thoughts now you hack
Managing relations, indeed is a knack

Acting Busy? or Busy Acting? I wonder
After the work your mind starts to wander
Afford doing this to loved ones? I ponder
Hear voice of  dears, chance you squander

When around don't make them feel lonely
Pick the call say am at your service only
Now no hard feelings, dealt very smartly
Note, you reap what you sow, undoubtedly

May neglect, at times calls not at all answered
Now, exchange shoes, did it hurt your pride?
Why your phone always engaged? wife's raid
Busy on a con call, will call you back, I said

Think

Some people senile, think very complex
Their natural instinct, make it perplex
They make it so tough, expect no flex
Talking to them, put something in annex

Some think straight, for them life is simple

With them you have, opportunities ample
So easy to live, no worries even of a pimple
Deal with these guys, your thoughts twinkle

For some the box empty, never bother thinking

They hire these thinkers and do nothing
Smart creatures, will live life to their liking
And rule these simple and complex beings

Thinking how does it happen in our brain?
Brain is thinking but the mind  you train
Confused what is mind and what is brain?
Stop it! let me think simple take no strain

Sree

I think it was not easy to think about many of the homonyms which i put in this thinking that somebody may look at it and think that i am crazy and will...

Majid's Ltd edition lecture

This poem is written only for the people who were involved in the training. For anybody else it may not make any sense at all

PMT 105 ( 20 Aug- 24 Aug- 2017)

Have to admit, the best training I attended in here
People from hundred fifty to two hundred four***
We were equipped with all fact and figure
Awesome, Mr. Majid's limited edition lecture

Majid, his dressing beyond Aramco standard
Lectures- lively, all  enjoyed, actively involved
We were wrong family now rightly converted
The teachings from the course purely intended

4 ladies & 19 gentlemen from work stay away
Man with 40 camels stole the show one day
We even had in us a support trainer all the way
Some videos from site put us in utter dismay

We were at Al Midra, cramped into a small hall
Would  have been better conducted in a mall
The important take away Schedule H more tall
But all of us will meet again, world is so small

Change: Only constant thing in life

Change, the only constant thing you see
Accepting it, for all of us, not at all easy
Resist it, our instinctive reaction in a jizzy
Reign supreme, the change will, finally

For sure, things will never stay the same
Inevitable change, may drive you insane
Learn to enjoy it,  though may be a pain
Patiently wait & you will realize the gain

Throw a stone, you  create lot of ripples
Right  you are, suddenly see multiples
Along with you, getting out of cubicles
To change the world, no fear of debacles

Humans we are, be aware, accept the change
Use body and brain for the intended change
Else, it just decay and this will not change
Admit it, the only constant thing is change

New Gen Dreamers

Her voice is loud, out of frustration ?
Engineer in the mood of destruction
Saw her in the training for construction
Had logic, confident with conviction

Cool down,  I said, when I met her
She is Saudi mechanical site engineer
Very rare, lady mechanical, world over
Jealous of this new gen, all dreamer

Dream, makes the biggest  difference
Future is  as per dreamers preference
Open eyes, dream, make it your reference
Work your dream with strict adherence

Gave me ideas which I cannot even think
Midyan new gen, with whom still I have a link
They think, 3 years with us, no even a chink
but met her yesterday, a poem in a blink?
