Sidha bye bye

Thought of writing Poem on the farewell
Tried couple of times, but didn’t fair well
It's only a physical occasion, this farewell
For relations within the heart, no farewell

Sidha doctors will miss you, it’s for sure
Will miss your company and the antics pure
In you, we found our siblings, who took care
Boring life for us without you guys in here

Though for short time you guys very dear

Your bondage and comradeship, I do admire
Awesome the time we spent, brought us near
Midu was lucky, he enjoyed the atmosphere

Cherish the time spent with you, money can't buy
Enjoy the new place, we shall soon come by
Seems easy not, to leave you, to say goodbye
Though unwilling, for now, say tata bye bye

Busy emulating practices of the world of west
Forgot our customs, culture, rich & varied past
The sophisticated west fail, then turn to the east
For all the worries there are solutions, the best

Decided to decipher the natural health technique
Traveled to the yoga university, so very unique
Tried out all of the postures with my physique
Designed to suit everyone, this science antique

Om the mantra, realize in you, all what you have
Start controlling self, mind master, body the slave
Feel goodness fill in you and the diseases leave
Mind rules, now worries trivial, all put to grave

The ways & means simple, but those do work
Releasing anxiety is key, rest walk in the park
Visualization at it’s best, then you on your mark
Instant not the results, patience yields the perk

Stone Age to Phone Age

First act in the morning, search for the phone
Start touching it, just want to be with it alone
Rely on it for everything, thinking habit gone
Pay unnecessary attention, to each of it’s tone

Hunter gatherers, then started own cultivation 

Evolved art science, discoveries & inventions
Many civilizations, and the Industrial revolution
And, finally, we at the technological evolution

Initially all our tools were made out of stones
Later to kitty an addition was the animal bones
Kept  on adding and ensured our skills we hone
Present age the kitty has just a smart phones

Worry not, the health effects from its radiation
Impossible it seems, coming out of it’s addiction
Mobilithic,  the final stage of human evolution
Beyond this, existence seems out of imagination

The 🐈 Cat

Vacation time, back to the family house 
Night life, it’s voices, scared my spouse  

Heard some footsteps, my sleep it douse

A very energetic cat, chased on a mouse

Saw me and the cat moved to a nook

To scare it off, the good old tricks I took 

Fearless attitude of the cat, me it shook

My place, you leave, conveyed it’s look

Clueless I was, how to get rid of the cat? 

Cat declared war, responded “tit for tat”

Tried to scare me off, treated like a rat

Finally, ignored me, in all comfort it sat  

Accepted failure, went back to my sleep
It won a place in my heart, so very deep 

Woke, to see the cat, through door I peep 

Gone, left me with bold memories to keep

Lost WORLD

Imminent the death, world will end for sure
Will it be in our lifetime?, shall we endure?
Whole life will diminish, will go, the allure
Certainly, close is the end, in the near future

No more global warming, it's rapid heating
East, west, the whole of Antarctica melting
No one knows the Ozone, we keep debating
Earthly assets, humans stop not, polluting

Fear not, the asteroids, Fear not, the comet
Forget sun's pull, and earth's electromagnet
Humans, will cause life on earth to plummet
You, me, we kill earth, our selfish mindset

Bothered not to protect, took all her wealth
Pure pristine was she, filled her with our filth
End around the corner, no tricks to unearth
Exist we won’t, all to sink with mother earth

7 Habits

Enrolled myself in the training on seven habits
Later, to use this and firm up some gambits
Easy I thought, like magicians pull out rabbits
In reality, it’s tough to get out of our orbits

Trainer, a scholar, thought class won’t be fun
Walks in a man, in looks anyone he can outrun
Class between breaks, said he,did he intend pun?
These habits can be your weapon, need no gun

First being proactive, then end is the beginning
First things first, win win, emphatic listening
Creative cooperation and the art of self caring
All habits seven done, awesome  the training

Got here with an unclear mind, haze like snow
Can climb leadership ladder, now I’m  no minnow
To apply these seven habits I am equipped now
Above all, some amazing people I got to know

Parental Concerns

Was sitting by the seashore, since I was free 

Lost in stunning sound of the Arabian Sea
Late night, pitch black, nothing I could see

Appears before me, in all black, ladies three

Frantically look for something these women
Followed closely by two young security men
Kids missing, said them, not a good omen
Not in here, not in the sea, said my acumen

Fathom not the pain, ideal not the situation
Inconsolable they were, heated up the tension
Message came in, kids safe, playing play station
Saw the kids and flowed in all their affection

Reminded me of my childhood days, this act
Then kid, never knew mom’s agony, it’s effect
Concerned parents, kids safety their prime aspect
Without kids the parents life seems imperfect
