We were born together, my daddy and I
He was so happy and, I made a loud cry
From then on he took me as, pupil of his eye
He left no stones unturned, for me to fly
Concealed all his worries, dint let me know
Never foist any rules, freely let me grow
Toiled hard entire life, never did he show
My strength is my Dad, the greatest I ever know
Want me to be on my own, loved me in excess
He had deep faith on me, more than anybody else
Silently he celebrated, each of my success
Never lost his cool, even at moments of stress
Taught me to live simple, foot always on ground
Whenever I start flying high, feel I hear his sound
I tried to imitate him but failed to be so profound
If I were half good as he, my kids would be astound
Sree
Baap Baap Hota hein ...
My kids call my dad, Acha ... They can feel it ...
